2018. Highlights of the year gone
It's been a brilliant year for us here at NowCrowd, from the launch of our new product range to working with some outstanding brands. Here's a recap of some of our 2018 highlights...
INTRODUCING TAPTAG AND NOWCAM

KATY PERRY - WITNESS: THE TOUR
For Katy Perry’s Witness: The Tour, NowCrowd provided onsite green screen and GIF photography for her Brisbane and Sydney events through our NowBooth service. Attendee’s were able to choose from a large assortment of props and have their photo taken to the backdrop of various Katy Perry posters. Photos were then available to print onsite, or be shared by attendee’s through various social media platforms.
REAL MADRID - WORLD OF FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE
Working with Real Madrid for the launch of the World of Football Experience in Melbourne, NowCrowd provided all the onsite green screen photography. From hoisting the European Champion Clubs' Cup to taking a picture with Cristiano Ronaldo, attendees were able to experience the ecstasy and jubilation of being at the pinnacle of football greatness.
MOËT & CHANDON - PERSONALISE YOUR OWN
Working with Moët & Chandon, retail and corporate customers who purchased a bottle from Moët & Chandon’s 750ml Impérial Champagne range were able to receive a free personalised image of their choice printed on the label. Customers were able to order online through a dedicated site or in select Dan Murphy’s stores.
This unique and tailored customer experience took customer engagement to the next level, with customers feeling as if they were part of the brand.
BANDAI NAMCO ENTERTAINMENT - RISE OF THE TOMB RAIDER
Working with Bandai Namco Entertainment, NowCrowd developed an interactive and experiential photography solution for the launch of Shadow of the Tomb Raider that made visitors feel as if they were living out their very own tomb raider experience. Using a rock wall and our unique green screen technology, visitors were transported into their very own tomb raider scene, with photos taken throughout their ascent and descent.
Guests were also able to have themed face painting, take pictures in-front of our green screen with its large assortment of props, and could play Shadow of the Tomb Raider on the numerous Xbox Ones at the event.
ASICS - I MOVE ME
Working with Asics to celebrate the launch of I Move Me, Now Crowd developed a customised NowHashTag printer complete with vinyl wrap for their Sydney CBD store. Customers were invited to take pictures with our professional photographer and receive a printed and/or digital copy of their photograph by sharing their photo on Instagram with the hashtag #IMoveMe. With over 155 photos taken, this activation took the launch of I Move Me to the next level. Driving thousands of consumers to Asics, resulting in increased social reach and brand awareness.
As the preferred agency of choice for ANZ Stadium’s event activations, 2018 was an eventful year. From the NRL Grand Final and Bledisloe Cup to Tim Cahill’s final game as a Socceroo, NowCrowd has been at them all. Transforming an already spectacular event in to one that will be remembers for years to come through our range of greenscreens, booths, and cams.
